Tender Details

This tender is for Contract No. C3/2020 – Supply, installation and maintenance of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates, subject to Rise and Fall in costs after a specified period has elapsed.

Blacktown City Council is seeking tenders from organisations with 10 or more years of experience in supply, installation and maintenance of HVAC systems on various Council buildings.

Contract consists of following parts:

Part A – Preventative maintenance and repair of boiler and heaters

Part B – Preventative maintenance and repair of chillers

Part C – Preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical services, Tenderers submitting for part C shall be capable of undertaking design and construct pool water and space heating.

Specification and drawings will be provided via addendum when available.

Part D – Preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical services

Part E - Preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical services

Part F – Preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical services

Part G - Split AC System Replacement

Part H – Day work schedule
