Tender Details

Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to provide services within the Penrith Local Government Area in relation to Hire of Trucks, Plant and Equipment.

Tenderers can submit for all or some items. Council reserves the right to award each item to separate companies. The purpose of this tender is to establish a Ranked Panel of Contractors to provide services, on an ‘as required’ basis. The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option by Council to extend for a further two (2) x one (1) year periods.
