• Underpinning all footing to bedrock.
• Roofing, replace some roof framing and roofing plumbing.
• Storm water works
• Damp proof course.
• Wall demolition and construction to water proof building

There will be a planned site inspection or tender briefing, 10.00am Tuesday 4th May 2022. Meet at Talington Place, Prospect.
Though not mandatory, tenderers are expected to visit the site and identify all possible contingencies associated with the site.
