Tender Details
The purpose of this Request for Tender is to appoint two (2) panels of qualified and experienced legal entities to (i) provide land and property project management for land development (ii) provide surveying services for Council when required. The successful tenderers, who are appointed to the panels, may be requested to submit quotations for individual projects, as deemed necessary.
Suppliers will be selected with the proven ability to deliver any or all of the following services:

o Services pegging
o Volume Calculations.
o Strip surface
o Plans for Easements
o Certificate of Title investigations
o Service locations
· General Advice on Survey or Titling Issues
· Water Services Coordinator.
