Investigation and Design Services for the Reconstruction of Terrace Falls Road, Hazelbrook.

The focus of these Investigation and Design works is the section of Terrace Falls Road between Railway Parade and Baths Road. This section is approximately 185m in length and is currently in poor condition. There is no formalised stormwater drainage infrastructure in this section.

This section of road connects to the local link roads of Railway Parade and Baths Road, which offer an alternative connection to the Great Western Highway, between the townships of Hazelbrook and Lawson.

In order to improve current function and reduce ongoing maintenance requirements for this section of road it is anticipated that new works would likely include drainage, kerb & gutter, road pavement reconstruction, verge shaping, driveway adjustments, transitions to existing intersections.

The Conditions for Participation are:

· The Quoter must be an acceptable legal entity. It is Council’s policy not to trade with any organisation that does not hold a registered ABN;

· The Quoter must not be bankrupt or insolvent;

· The Quoter must declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years prior to submitting a Quote, where the Quoter has been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation.

· The Quoter must have the minimum level of insurance cover specified in this RFQ; and

· All Quoters must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Procurement.
