Tender Details
Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors in relation to the refurbishment of two community facilities -Arthur Neave Memorial Hall Werrington and Floribunda Community Centre Glenmore Park.
Proposed works are in response to councils Asset Renewal Program (ARP) are intended to bring the buildings up to current codes and standards particularly with regards to accessibility and generally make them more suitable for current community requirements
The work is awarded on a lump sum basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules herein. Note that separate pricing is required for each project however it is anticipated that the successful contractor will be awarded both projects to be carried out simultaneously.
