IT Systems Technical Support and Development - IT Professional Services The Department of Regional NSW (DRNSW) invites qualified and experienced IT service providers (Category M) to submit proposals for the provision of specialised IT Systems Technical Support and Development services. This procurement initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and functionality of the DRNSW IT architecture by engaging a vendor with proven expertise in T-SQL, CALUMO platform, and solution architecture.
Scope of Work: The selected vendor will play a pivotal role in the ability to integrate CALUMO with various datasources and SAP ERP systems seamlessly, an expertise that will significantly streamline and automate the department's data flow. This will enable data extraction and reporting, enhancing the efficacy of financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes. The service provider is expected to demonstrate exceptional proficiency in T-SQL, encompassing tasks such as data querying and manipulation, stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions (UDFs), transactions, error handling, control-of-flow language, and dynamic SQL. In addition to technical expertise, the vendor will provide professional services for ongoing system maintenance, development, and enhancement. This includes continuous support for all project-specific IT issues that may arise within the DRNSW system. Furthermore, the service provider will act as a knowledge transfer facilitator, empowering DRNSW's internal resources to independently manage and enhance the IT system architecture for the future. Contract Period: The contract is set for a duration of three years, commencing from February 19, 2024. The selected vendor will be required to commit to a 35-hour workweek and offer services on a fixed hourly rate basis.
Mandatory Requirements: Prospective vendors must demonstrate a proven track record in the specified areas, particularly in T-SQL, CALUMO platform, and solution architecture. The ability to integrate MyOutcomes with diverse datasources and SAP ERP systems is of paramount importance. Vendors are also expected to showcase their capacity for developing and enhancing complex financial and non-financial models.
