Tender Details
This Request For Tender (RFT) is issued by State Procurement on behalf of NSW Department of Corrective Services. Tenders are invited for the supply of fresh fruit to the following NSW Correctional Centres:
John Moroney Windsor, Parklea, Silverwater, Emu Plains, Long Bay, Parramatta, Mulwala, Cessnock, Goulburn and Kempsey.
Details of estimated quantities for each Correctional Centre appear at Part C, Clause 2.1.
The fruit must be sound, fresh and of best quality, free from bruises, disease, insect pests and packed so as to avoid loss or damage during delivery.
Tenderers are advised that it is the preference of NSW Department of Corrective Service to appoint a sole contractor for the supply of fresh fruit to the aforementioned Correctional Centres.
However, the Board reserves the right to appoint more than one (1) contractor to supply the requirement or a part of the requirement
Tendered prices shall include the delivery costs to each of the Correctional Centres.
It is a mandatory requirement of this RFT that tenderers submit to a complete criminal record check.
