Minimum Requirements

1) The Tenderer or Tenderer's team members have undertaken the role of Transaction Manager for a State Government Agency in a brownfield precinct renewal development project or major commercial project adjacent to rail or road infrastructure in the last 10 years.

2) The Tenderer or Tenderer's team members have undertaken the role of Commercial and/or Financial Advisor for a State Government or Public Institution, in the transaction of a large and complex ‘precinct’ style development project.

3) The Lead Advisor demonstrates a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the area of specialised land development transaction, particularly in an urban renewal context.

4) The Tenderer or Tenderer's team members have undertaken the role of Commercial and/or Financial Advisor for land development transactions with a gross realisation value (gross sales) exceeding $500 million or a nett land sale value exceeding $60 million.
