for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 to the conclusion of the audit for financial year ending 31 December 2022 with the option to extend for the years ending 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024.

The contract price for the first year audit is fixed. The fee escalation for subsequent years including optional years will be at the lower rate of Consumer Price Index Sydney (ABS Catalogue 6401.4) or 2.5%.

The reported contract value for this contract Award Notice is based on the initial fixed price multiplied by 3 years.
