1. For maintenance services, the fees may be revised by the Contractor on the anniversary of the Commencement Date and thereafter on each subsequent anniversary for the duration of the contract, provided that the revision is no more than any increase in the last published CPI for services supplied in Australia, or the AEI: Private sector SA exc bonus for services supplied in the UK.
2. For development services, the scheduled rates may be revised in ther same way. Development services may be requested by the RTA, but the RTA is under no obligation to request development services.
