 NPWS is intending to procure a new booking reservation system to support current and future business needs for NPWS camping and accommodation (including packaged products with third party operators). The new booking system is intended to be implemented and operating by mid-late 2022. The Booking Reservation System is required to accept, manage and process customer booking reservations for all camping and accommodation products and packages including all payment and associated processes such as refunds, cancellations, inventory management, business rules (including variable business rules), business hierarchies and structures etc.
