1. Insurance:

• Provision of Certificates of Currency for the applicable insurances

2. Contract 

• Confirmation of acceptance of contract terms or exceptions to the draft agreement including marked up Contract

3. Modern Slavery

• Confirmation that the services provided are not the product of Modern Slavery

4. Proposed Team

• Demonstrated capability of the proposed team to undertake the project.

5. Understanding and Engagement with the requirements of the project

• Demonstrated experience in preparing documents of a similar nature in a comparable context.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully consulting with multiple diverse stakeholders, and consolidating their input into a co-ordinated and concise deliverable.
