  • arising out of a legal challenge under clause 2.4;
  • arinsing out of Valuable Finds under clause 3.7;
  • arising out of Additional Contamination under clause 3.9;
  • arising out of Variation as directed under clause 3.23;
  • arising out of a difference in scope from a new Safety Interface Agreement under clause 5.19 (c);
  • arising out of the valuation of a Variation under clause 6.4;
  • arising our of a direction or other circumstance under clause 6.12;
  • arising out of Defective Contemporaneous Works under clause 7.2 (h);
  • arising out of cost incurred under clause 10.1 (f);
