Council is seeking tenders (RFT) from suitably qualified, experienced and certified Quantity Surveying companies to be part of the project team responsible for the development of Campsie Cultural Hub, including a new library, meeting spaces, music hub and adaptive re-use of the Orion Theatre situated in the Campsie Civic Precinct between Beamish and Shakespeare Streets, Campsie.

The design will deliver a facility for Canterbury Bankstown Council that is of high quality, is fit for purpose, is ecologically sustainable, provides innovation and will be appropriate in scale and context for its intended use.
