Under the Services Agreement, the Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and variable schedule of rates for reactive maintenance services, reactive event day services and emergency call-out services are all fixed for a period until 11:59pm 30 June 2023. On the 1st of July 2023, and every anniversary (1st July each year thereafter) the Fixed Prices and Variable Schedule of Rates will be indexed annually in accordance with the March-to-March Quarter Consumer Price Index (CPI), All Groups percentage as published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics at (www.abs.gov.au).
