The external engagement is to focus upon the assessment of the Hub Proof of Concept at Maitland including:

• Reviewing the performance of the hub management model

• Engaging with staff to assess the impact of the new hub

• Documenting the outcomes and collating an overview of the Maitland Proof of Concept

• Developing a Stakeholder Engagement plan using Maitland as a case study

• Develop a Q & A to support the proof of concept with reference to the work of the Strategy team

This work is required to support the next phase of the project includeing the finalise the WofG Hub network Strategy.
