Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

Design and deliver the People Matter Employee Survey (PMES), including survey planning, development, communications review, testing and cognitive interviewing for 2024, 2025 and 2026 surveys.

Delivery will comprise the following components:

licensing, platform, support services
survey development, testing and implementation
secure storage of data, access controls as per organisational hierarchy, and support
analysis and reporting of survey results at multiple levels, including dashboards and pdf reports.
