As part of the More Trains More Services (MTMS) Stage Two program of works, changes to the South Coast Train Describer System are required to accommodate the network layout changes. The Train Describer System enables the ability to identify trains as they travel along the South Coast rail lines primarily in areas without Advance Train Running Information Control System (ATRICS).
