Included in the Contracted Value (incl GST) and the Contract is the Optional Variable Price of Scope of Works for Level 3, Level 4 and Level 6 LED Signage Parapet at Stadium Australia.
The CG21 Contract for the Scope of Works for the Video Screens has a conditional/pre-agreed variation clause which will allow for Venues NSW (the Principal), at its sole discretion, to vary into the contract the provision for the Contractor to take on primary structure works.
Routine Preventative Maintenance Services for the Video Screens and LED Signage will be subject to inflation in accordance with the annual Consumer Price Index measure (All Groups) March to March Quarter Percentage Each Financial Year.
