Evaluation Criteria	Weighting
The Contract Value will not be disclosed on the contract register for the following reasons: • The contract value is commercial in confidence; and • There is an overriding public interest against disclosure of the contract value as the information could reasonably be expected to: • Undermine the competitive neutrality in connection with the functions of Destination NSW as the agency that owns and manages Vivid Sydney by making public the rates that are paid to the partner; and • Diminish the competitive commercial value offered to Destination NSW and to the partner by making public the rates for services connected with Vivid Sydney; and • Prejudice the partner’s legitimate business, commercial, professional and financial interests by disclosing the value of the rates that it has agreed to accept for Vivid Sydney 2024. In addition, there is an overriding public interest against disclosure of this information in accordance with section 32 of the GIPA Act.
