The Contract has been awarded under the existing Multi-Storey and At-Grade Car Parks Framework Deed IPD-20-9066 with Stephen Edwards Costructions which was executed on 21 January 2021 where the Principal can accept a Quotation submitted by the Contractor under clause 1.4 of Annexure B to the Framework Deed by issuing a Notice to Proceed letter to the Contractor. IPD-20-9066 has been disclosed separately.
