The Services Agreement/Contract is for Routine Inspection, Testing, Reporting and Preventative Maintenance Services and includes variable schedule of rates for reactive maintenance services, reactive event day services and emergency call-out services as per the Statement of Requirements.

Description of any provision under which the amount payable to the contractor may be varied

Under the Services Agreement, the Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and variable schedule of rates for reactive maintenance services, reactive event day services and emergency call-out services are all fixed for a period until 11:59pm 30 June 2025. On the 1st of July 2025, and every anniversary (1st July each year thereafter) the Fixed Prices and Variable Schedule of Rates will be indexed annually in accordance with the March-to-March Quarter Consumer Price Index (CPI), All Groups percentage as published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics at (www.abs.gov.au). 

Description of any provisions under which the contract may be renegotiated

Venues NSW (the Principal) of the Services Agreement has the sole discretion to extend the Services Agreement for a further term of 3 Years subject to the performance of the Contractor, value for money analysis of the Contractor’s prices and schedule of rates and supply chain risk analysis.
