First Nations Economics will undertake a process evaluation and a preliminary outcome evaluation of the Community and Place grants program (Round 1). The process evaluation will determine whether the program was implemented as designed, administered and delivered as intended, and the preliminary outcome evaluation will measure the effects of the program, in terms of what was delivered with the grant funding, whether the intended outcomes were achieved, and an assessment of how/whether the outcomes are contributing to the longer-term outcomes of meeting one or more Closing the Gap targets.
