FRNSW requires all premises to be inspected in an initial survey to identify all Structural Building Hazardous Materials found at each location within the first six (6) months of the contract termFRNSW requires to be provided with a report detailing this audit, and to be notified of all materials which may pose a health hazard with a recommendation to reduce exposure risk and remove Structural Building Hazardous Materials as deemed appropriate.

Demonstrated capability to maintain updated FRNSW Building Hazardous Materials Registers and made readily accessible via internet-based database and reports.
Demonstrated capability to provide timely environmental hygienist supervision and services and remedial contractors to any urgent and/or emergency Remedial / Removal job as requested.
Evidence of Building Hazardous Materials Management Plan is reviewed and updated annually.
