Proponent for Licence Agreement(s) for Recreational Open Space, Sports Courts and Indoor Sports Centre and Gymnasium at Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre. - COMMSR14/15-008 Expression of Interest

The Office of Sport, Sport and Recreation is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) responses from interested respondents for Licence Agreement(s) of the use and licensed management of designated Recreational Open Space, Sport Courts and Indoor Sport Centre (Gymnasium), located within Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre at 207 The Barry Way, Jindabyne, NSW 2627. Interested parties are invited as part of the Expression of Interest process to detail thier proposed intended use and intended management structures of the facilites. Respondents can state their interest in one, a combination of, or all facilities on offer.

The areas on offer include:

(a) 30 Hectare of Recreational Open Space which was previously established as a nine hole golf course;

(b) Sports Courts (70 metres by 35 metres) including multi-purpose synthetic grass surface including Tennis and Netball. All four courts feature 6 x Flood Lights and Adjacent Sports Club house (19 metres by 4.5 metres). Club house features an open plan kitchen and separate viewing decking facing the Courts. The Club house feature 2 x Disability Discrimination Act(DDA) compliant toilets/showers. There is an additional storage area measuring 19 metres by 3 metres;

and

(c) An Indoor Sports Centre (Gymnasium), with free weight gym, office space with kitchen, child minding room, male and female toilet facilities and amenities. The Gymnasium has capacity for indoor ball sports including basketball, netball and volleyball, gymnastic and aerobics. The Centre also features a rock climbing wall and storage room to the western elevation of the ground floor. The Gymnasium has a bitumen sealed car parking area and driveway.
