Downer, on behalf of NSW police (NSWPF), is inviting suitably experienced and qualified professionals for the role of Principle Design Consultant, able to provide and manage a team of professional consultants to deliver a new police station at Bourke NSW
This project involves the refurbishment of the existing heritage police station buildings and construction of a new two storey extension with external vehicle accommodation.
There is currently a DA lodged with Bourke council for the refurbishment and upgrade works to Bourke Police Station.
Conditions for Participation
1. National Police Check and Mandatory Vetting
All consultants, employees and subcontractors are required to undertake a National Police Check and mandatory vetting process prior to commencing works on the police portfolio. These are mandatory before any detailed specific information can be released or any works can commence on a NSW Police site.
2. Confidentiality Deed
Confidentiality Deeds are to be signed by the Consultant as a condition of any engagement. Confidentiality Deeds only need to be signed once by the Consultant as it is valid across all Police projects and remains valid for the duration of Downer contract with the NSW Police Force.

Lodge completed forms on the e-tender portal no later than 5pm Thursday 25th August 2022.
On completion of stage 1 the project documents will be released in a closed tender to approved consultants.
