Special Note
This is an interim cleaning tender for a 17 month period and only current government cleaning contractors are invited to tender as approved by SCCB

* The Contractor will be required to provide Cleaning services in accordance with required tender specifications at Section F of the Request for Tender Document.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.

NOTES TO INVITED FIRMS 

To access the RFT files and to lodge a  response you must  use the Access PassCode  provided to you by the contact officer.

Obtaining the RFT Documents
Click on the DOWNLAOD A SOFT COPY - Free  link at the bottom of the page, use the Access Passcode provided to gain access, then register your firm in the system (if not previously  registered), and follow onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.  

A CD containing additional information (Data Assembly) will be sent via post to the invited Tenderers. 

Lodging a Response
Your completed response should be lodged as allowed in the RFT Document.
It can be lodged electronically via this web page.

You must be a current Registered user of this web site.

Click on the blue LODGE ON RESPONSE  link at the bottom of this page, using the Access Passcode, then using your registered system Username / Password and follow the on-screen instructions to be taken to the lodging screen to submit your electronic tender response.

The tenderer is responsible for the provision and installation of the necessary software.
