The work under the Contract comprises

 1^st Year

The provision of emergency (R1 status) and non urgent (R2 status) breakdown repairs as requested by the client’s nominated call centre – refer elsewhere for specified requirements, Schedule of Rates and site listing

Reprogramming of 20 nominated residential sites with common site facility codes to be converted (re programmed) to a new individual site facility code at each site.

2^nd Year
The on going provision of urgent and non urgent (R1 and R2 status) breakdown repairs as requested by the client’s nominated call centre – refer elsewhere for specified requirements, Schedule of Rates and site listing
