Sydney Water provides water and wastewater services to customers located in its area of operations covering Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Illawarra. Sydney Water undertakes a range of maintenance and upgrades on its water and wastewater infrastructure assets. Sydney Water is inviting tenders to establish a panel of contracted suppliers for the Supply of Chemical Dosing Units, Re-Chlorination Plants, Chemical Dosing Kiosks and Renewal Works.
An open market request for tenders (RFT) will be issued by Sydney Water in the next three weeks for the Supply of Chemical Dosing Units, Re-Chlorination Plants, Chemical Dosing Kiosks and Renewal Works.
The RFT is for Shared Purchasing under the Partnering for Success (P4S) delivery model being established by Sydney Water. Under the P4S model there are three regional delivery consortia (RDC) to deliver design, construction, and maintenance services respectively across the three geographical regions (North, South and West) within Sydney Water’s area of operations.
The successful tenderers will be required to enter into contracts with Sydney Water and the three RDC for delivery of the scope over the term of the contracts.
Sydney Water’s objective is to establish a panel of suitable contractors to deliver the forward program over the next five years.
