Penrith City Council (PCC) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and interested parties with the proven ability to construct a 1,000 space multi level decked commuter carpark on the north side of Penrith Station.
The Penrith Commuter Carpark is a multideck carpark consisting of a ground floor level and two decked levels that will accommodate approximately 1,000 spaces. The carpark will have provision for adding an additional deck at a later date.
