The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
- Construction of brick veneer addition

Construction of covered pergola structure

Relocation of existing metal shed

Construction of access road

Internal lining, fittings and associated services to all rooms
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at 2318 Nelson Bay Road, Williamtown at 10:30 am on Tuesday 5th May 2009. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
