Tenders are called for the supply of management services for the Management, Operation and Maintenance of the Clarkes Beach Holiday Parks.
Clarkes Beach Holiday Park is located at Clarkes Beach, Byron Bay NSW. It has year round visitation from both Australian and Overseas tourists.
The Management Services to be provided to the Holiday Park includes;
- Operation, Management and Maintenance of the Park
- Gaining and Maintaining Accreditation with Caravan, RV and Accommodation Industry of Australia
- All aspects of customer service including local marketing
- Business administration and financial management
The terms of the agreement for the supply of management services will be based on,
- A Monthly Retainer
- Monthly Profit Share % bonus
The tender is for the supply of the Management Services for the Park for a term of three (3) years commencing from 1 September 2009.
