Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI's) from organisations to purchase the material on offer is recycled concrete and asphalt blended to DGS20 (20mm nominal sized Densely Graded Subbase) specification in accordance with Table 242-2 of AUS-SPEC #2, Bankstown City Council, April 2004 Edition.
