This document invites suppliers to provide a response for the supply of oversnow passenger services, waste collection, and Perisher Valley Freight Shed operations from 1 June 2023.

Engagement of a suitable contractor for the supply of oversnow passenger services, waste collection, and Perisher Valley Freight Shed operations.

Oversnow passenger services include:

• The conveyance by oversnow/road vehicles of passengers and their luggage as well as freight and goods from the Ski Tube Terminal to establishments within the resort areas and from such establishments to the Ski Tube Terminal and to other areas within the resort areas.

• Oversnow/road delivery of liquid petroleum gas.

Perisher Valley Freight Shed operations include:

• Operating the Freight Terminal so that it is open for the arrival of freight delivery trucks.

• Receiving and recording all incoming freight to the freight terminal.

• Assisting with the unloading of all freight into the terminal, moving freight around the terminal and storage of the freight in the rack location for the listed lodge/business.

• Assisting with the transfer and loading of freight onto lodge owner’s transport.

• Operating the freight terminal and store food in accordance with the relevant food safety standards.

• Management/operation of the fuel bowsers and fuel storage tanks.

Waste collection services involves:

• The collection of waste and recycling from establishments within the Perisher Valley and Smiggin Holes resort areas and transport by oversnow/road vehicles to the Perisher Valley Waste Transfer Station.
