Tenders are invited for a software-based, whole-of-government solution to simplify and streamline all stages of recruiting staff.
Currently more than 300,000 people are employed throughout New South Wales by 106 different State government agencies in diverse roles ranging from agriculture to health, teaching to law, administration to environmental management, engineering to policing.
The proposed e-Recruitment solution must be able to readily accommodate all aspects of standard, bulk and rolling recruitment for casual, part- and fulltime staff as well as eg, expressions of interest and secondments. This end-to-end workflow includes all aspects of managing: vacancies, position descriptions, employment criteria, advertising, selection panels, candidate correspondence, and data collection.
Additionally the e-Recruitment solution will be able to match eligible candidates with current vacancies.
NSW Procurement, Department of Commerce is managing the tender process on behalf of the SCCB. The proposed agreement will be managed by NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet

at: McKell Building, Level 4 Conference Room, 2-24 Rawson Place, Sydney NSW.
A maximum of two people from each organisation is permitted.
