Sufficient time-limited berthing “slots” will be made available at Manly and Circular Quay to enable a private operator (or operators) to offer up to 12 services during each of the morning (6 am - 9 am) and evening (4:30 pm – 8 pm) commuter peak periods on weekdays during the period 12 January 2009 to 31 March 2010.
A “high speed ferry service between Manly and Circular Quay” is defined as a regularly scheduled service that makes the trip between Manly and Circular Quay in 20 minutes or less.
