Bankstown Library & Knowledge Centre - Roof Replacement - T19-24

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Bankstown Library and Knowledge Centre - Roof Replacement. The works include:

•  The replacement of the nominated roof sheeting, insulation, cappings, flashings and all other associated items, 

•  Design and replacement of the existing height safety system with a new compliant height safety system, 

•  The removal and reinstatement of the existing solar panels and aluminium safety walkway.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.
