Tender Details

NSW RFS seeking suitable supplier to provide service under Performance & Management Services Scheme (SCM0005) for Workplace Conduct Project.

The purpose of the Workplace Conduct project is to ensure every RFS member experiences a physically and psychologically safe workplace – we are steadfast in our resolve to ensuring every member feels safe and respected in the RFS. To achieve this the RFS has established a Workplace Conduct Priority Project. The project aims to improve the approach to the management of grievance and disciplinary issues and put in place preventative programs to encourage an inclusive and ‘speak-up’ workplace.

To achieve this, a new framework for resolving workplace complaints has been developed, including the introduction of a new case management system.

The project has four main objectives:

1.   Appropriate, consistent and timely resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues.

2.   Member empowerment to speak up in response to workplace conduct concerns.

3.   Member confidence in the way workplace conduct matters are dealt with.

4.   Members experience inclusive and respectful workplaces.
