The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Connect existing sewer main to Mooney Mooney Sewerage system. Demolition and restoration of existing Wastewater Treatment Plant. Demolition and making safe of 2 Pump Stations and remediation of the site. Asbestos material has been identified on the site.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at the Peat Island Sewage Treatment Plant, Peats Ferry Road, Mooney Mooney (off the F3 Freeway) at 10:00 am on Tuesday 12 May 2009. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
