Tender Details

FCNSW is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified contractors with the ability to provide haulage services on the North Coast of NSW.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter

RFT Type

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

Suitably qualified contractors who do not have the capacity to provide a single Tender are encouraged to consider joint venture arrangements with other contractors with the combined capacity to fulfil the tender requirement.

All Proposal documents must be submitted electronically via the NSW Government e-Tendering website: www.tenders.nsw.gov.au

Conditions for Participation

Proponents that intend to lodge Tenders are required to register their contact details with the Contact Officer – see section 1.8 of the RFT.

Each registered Proponent will be scheduled by FCNSW for a one (1) hour compulsory information session at the FCNSW offices at either 30 Park Avenue, Coffs Harbour NSW or Maher Street, Wauchope NSW.

Mandatory requirements are described in the RFT document.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery

Commencement of contracts are to be agreed, but no later than 1 July 2023
