Bankstown City Council owns and operates a joint landfill and construction and demolition recycling yard facility on Bransgrove Road, Milperra. As part of the NSW DECC licence conditions, Council must carry out two (2) volumetric surveys each year to assess the difference in materials moving into and out of the facility.
