NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Registration of Interest for State-wide Maintenance Services - LAHC 2020/429

NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is seeking responses from the building industry and contractors to assess the capabilities and level of interest to deliver a range of maintenance services and programs related to its state-wide residential portfolio.

This Registration of Interest is not a formal request for tender and does not impose any obligation on LAHC to the respondents for the outcomes of this notice.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Invitation To Respond - This is not a tender. The system is being used for invitation for public response to information published on, or accessible through, this website. Examples would include EIS, discussion papers, requests for information, registrations for position appointments, etc.

Please note that this Registration of Interest does not constitute a formal invitation to tender. The intent is to assess the building industry and contractors capabilities and level of interest to cater for the delivery of a range of maintenance services and programs related to LAHC’s state-wide residential portfolio.

Submission of a response does not guarantee that the respondent will be invited to participate in any future tender opportunities.

Responses must be submitted using the Appendix 1 – Registration of Interest Form and Schedules and lodged at: https://www.tenders.nsw.gov.au by 10:00am on 31 July 2020.
