The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Refurbishment of 2 hospital bathrooms on Level 3 at Belmont Hospital to comply with accessibility requirements.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
Tenders are invited from those companies preregistered in Hunter-New England Region for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000. Tender responses from the above preregistered tendering companies ONLY will be accepted.
