Tender Details

The Office of Social Impact Investment (OSII) is seeking applications for social impact investments (SII) that advance education outcomes for First Nations girls in any school year(s) from Year 4 to 9.

This tender is open to Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) and Aboriginal businesses. Up to $7 million is available to fund service delivery of program(s) as outcome-based contract(s) with one or more applicants.

The purpose of this SII opportunity is to fund programs that advance education outcomes for First Nations girls in any year(s) from Year 4 to 9 by empowering them to achieve their full learning potential, while strengthening their cultural identity. This may include but is not limited to programs that provide support to First Nations girls to stay engaged with school, transition smoothly from primary to secondary school, and build confidence to explore development opportunities in and out of school.

We are seeking solutions that are both designed for and with First Nations girls and their communities. We want to empower First Nations organisations to design programs that have the greatest impact for their community and better understand how outcome-based contracting can support the delivery of education outcomes for First Nations girls.
