Alarm Monitoring & Response & Security Mobile Patrols - for WWCC - 0900425

Provision of Security Guard services including mobile patrols, foot patrols, static guards, security alarm response and monitoring and routine maintenance to various Wagga Wagga City Council facilities.

This Request For Quotation (RFQ) is invited from a selected number of Service Providers listed under the Panel for Whole of Government Security Contract No. 0302682, that are suitably qualified to provide these Alarm Monitoring, Alarm Response, Mobile patrol and static guards.

NSW Regions: Central West

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.

Obtaining the Documents  

To access the RFT documents  Click on the blue DOWNLAOD A SOFT COPY - Free link at the bottom of the page, to gain access to the document download page, then register your firm in the system (if not already registered), and follow onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.  

Lodging a Response
Your completed tender should be lodged as specified in the RFT Document, however,  it may usually be lodged electronically via this web page.

As the tenderer you must be a Registered user of this system.

Click on the blue LODGE ON RESPONSE link at the bottom of this page, then using your system Username / Password and follow the on-screen instructions to be taken to the lodging screen to submitt your electronic tender response.

The RFT may also requires the following software:
Microsoft - Word 2003 (or more recent) or equivalent

Other requirements:

Internet connection to lodge completed tender response.

 

The tenderer is responsible for the provision and installation of all the necessary software.
