This Tender contemplates the successful Tenderer providing Architectural Design Services to assist in delivering the project known as St Marys Gidley St Carpark.
For the purpose of this RFT the general phasing plan for the Project has been determined below and will form the basis of the Project program. For clarity, some of the key activities have also been identified in each phase.
a) Phase 2 – Scoping Phase: Investigations, Options & Concept Design
b) Phase 3 – Development Phase:
- Design Development & Planning Approval
- Tender Design & Contractor Procurement
c) Phase 4 – Delivery Phase:
- Construction documentation
