Tender Details

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified supplier(s) for the provision of regular cleaning services for Child Care Centres within the Penrith Local Government Area. The proposed contract will include 26 Premises and will be for an initial period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further 2x1 year periods.

From the submissions received Council may select one or a number of Contractors to perform the services

Conditions for Participation

Attention is drawn to the following Mandatory requirements.

· Quality assurance certification to ISO9000 or equivalent

· Tenderers must demonstrate a history of cleaning multiple sites

Attendance at Pre-Tender Briefing & Site Inspection

The briefing will be held initially on Saturday 17^th October 2009 commencing at 9.30 am. Location is the Harold Corr Hall /Community Centre, Cottage Street Werrington and then progress to the site inspections. Please allow for a approximately 2-3 hours for the inspections.
