Make good and refurbishment of the Lower Ground tenancy area. Including an upgrade of the tenancy shop & install of a internal disabled access ramp and chair lift.
- New entry, including demolish existing walls, door to allow for new shop front entry doors.
- Install new concrete stairs with s/s handrails.
- Demolish existing walls/door & make good surfaces.
- Install disabled lift with platform & s/s balustrade.
- New aluminium framed shop front, with new automatic entry sliding door and swipe card access
- Replace existing part ceiling over entry new bulkhead with new lighting and make good services and surrounds.
-Make good and rectify all hydraulic / mechanical, electrical, fire and essential services.
- Provide new internal disabled access ramp with s/s handrail and making good all surrounds.
- Replacement of the kitchenette cabinets & install under bench chilled and hot water Billi unit with sink outlet.
- Clean and make good existing blinds to tenancy.
- Prepare & painting application and painting of wall & structural columns, doors, skirtings & architraves.
- Cleaning and required repairs to the air conditioning registers.
- Conduct laser line and structural integrity audit of ceiling grid.
- Replacement of all ceiling tiles and ceiling grid.
