The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Upgrading of floor to Block E and construction of new toilet facilities to Block F
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
Tenders are invited from those companies preregistered in Hunter-New England Region for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000.
